Noa Mintz

Noa Mintz is a lifelong Upper West Sider and proud graduate of The Saul and Carole Zabar Nursery School at the JCC. She is a former JCC camper and Havurah student whose love of connecting with others began in the lively and busy JCC elevators.

When she was just 12 years old, she founded Nannies by Noa, a matchmaking service connecting New York City families with fun and engaging nannies. Her business took off, and she was named one of Fortune's 18 Under 18 Innovators Who Are Changing the World, Crain's 20 Under 20, and Jewish Week's 36 Under 36. She has appeared on NBC's Today, CNBC's Squawk Box, Money with Melissa Francis on Fox Business, and The Steve Harvey Show.

Throughout high school, Noa volunteered with special needs children and worked on the support staff at special education programs. She is pursuing a degree in cognitive neuroscience at Brown University, where she is a student researcher in the department of neurosurgery, under Dr. Wael Asaad. Her current projects are studying intracranial EEG recordings for patients with epilepsy, and developing and validating new approaches for physiological monitoring of patients with acute brain injury.
